Hosted Zimbra allows for complete flexibility since your customers will be able to get access to their emails, contacts and calendars online, offline and on mobile devices:

Zimbra Web Collaboration is the primary interface where users create, tag and share emails, documents, calendars and contacts, all in one interface.

With Zimbra Desktop your customers can share their calendars and read their emails and documents in offline mode. The desktop version syncs with the Web Interface.

Zimbra Mobile works on most mobile phones, smart phones, iPhone and Blackberry, giving users access to all their emails and contacts. Zimbra Mobile is also possible to use with ActiveSync.
